We’re looking for an amazing designer. Someone who is ready to leap into the spotlight and show the world their best work. See, we have a pipeline of cool ideas and apps and they all need your unique visual signature on them.

We’re a small team of that loves great design, but you’ll be in charge. We are looking for someone who’s ready to show us what design is all about.

This is probably a contract engagement – at least to start. If we work well together, full-time/W-2 is certainly an option. We’d prefer if you were in Portland, but we’re open to having you in other locations as well.

Requirements:

• A seriously kickass portfolio
• 5 years minimum of design experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience. Not necessary if #1 blows us away.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail is necessary. You need to be able to prioritize and multi-task.
• You’re a self-starter. You don’t need someone staring over your shoulder. We don’t run set business hours, we just trust that you’ll get it done on time.
• We all work remote, so a good home office is in order. But a comfy coffee shop will do in a pinch.

1000watt is a small agency with big ideas. We work with real estate brokerages, media companies, technology companies and MLSs around the world to strengthen their brands, improve their marketing, and out-innovate their competitors.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
