Hi Brian:
Nice upgrade to the Map ... please add .com to the end of the Realius link. It currently does not resolve to our site. Also, I checked Homepredict.com and the site is no longer running. Perhaps this one is in the deadpool?

Love that you added iPhone Apps and there are some I don't have to explore. Thanks! Also consider the App Calcs Pro. It's a nice Mortgage Payment App that also has an email feature for some client wow factor.

I wanted to mention another iPhone application for real estate agents. Its RealtyJuggler. RealtyJuggler is an organizer that runs on iPhone as a web site. You can track you clients, prospects, buyers sellers closings yard signs, open houses, promotions, DRIM e-mail, printed letters, expenses and so much more.

It has been optimized for iPhone, so when you use on small screen devices, the screen is optimized. Additionally, all phone numbers can be dialed with a single tap on the phone icon.

RealtyJuggler is a web 2.0 application that runs just as well on a mac, or windows machine. However, its main claim to fame is that the minimalist design allows it to run extremely well on limited resolution devices such as iPhone, Google Android, Palm Pre and even the latest Net Books.

Since it runs as a web site, there's no extra fee to run on any device you choose. Licensing is on a subscription basis and is a flat fee of $99 / year / user. the subscription cost is fixed and will never go up as long as you keep your subscription current.

RealtyJuggler is available as a 90 day free trial. this is literally a free trial. We don't charge your credit card or turn your trial into a subscription. Its really free and takes about 30 second to sign up.

There is literally no application that has similar capabilities that runs on iPhone. If you are familiar with real estate CRM applications that run on a PC, RealtyJuggler would compare with Top producer. But the thing is this - Top producer runs on PC only and costs 5x as much. RealtyJuggler runs on iPhone as well as Mac or PC. It can even run using Safari or Firefox web browsers.

Sincerely,

Scott Schmitz
RealOrganized, Inc.

PS We will give an additional 90 days (for a total of 6 months free trial) if you mention 1000wattconsulting to us by clicking on our Feedback icon after signing into RealtyJuggler.
