Brian,
Will here from tweetmart. Thanks so much for the write up on tweetmart, I wanted to let you know that tm does not only pull in tweets from Twitter, but allows sellers the ability to post on the site as well. It is easy to do, takes a minute, and when you are finished we send a tweet out on your behalf to all of your followers. We also send out a tweet via the tm Twitter account, so we get you maximum coverage on Twitter. Oh, and listings are completely free!
I would definitely welcome any additional feedback you have, you mentioned the site was a little rough, any improvements you can offer are much appreciated! You can e-mail me anytime will (at) tweetmart dot com.

Thanks again!

Cheers,
Will

ip-targeted featured listings should be an opportunity to explore. i was getting spammed the other day and I realized they were sending me to a site customized to my area. wouldn't that be an interesting concept for real estate?

Flickr has been a disapointment. They were an early entrant into the social space and should have been a contender. I find myself using and caring about twitpic so much more because of the ease of use. If flickr is going to survive they are going to need to become a much more open platform that integrates easily with twitter, facebook and wordpress.
