"Brokerages skimp and save where investing matters most, such as:
Web site" - many lack discipline to talk in cost per lead...
"...and agent training" - many lack the know how to talk about raising agent productivity.
"....and spend irresponsibly on things that matter least, like space, content and advertising" - many lack the vision to relate their space, content or advertising to their agent revenue in today's market.
Jim Bilbao

@Amanda, For the benefit of the readers, I think it would be great to isolate the things you disagree on so they become topics of conversation.

Part of why I take the hard line to rouse that discussion and get the sensitive topics out there for discussion.

As one of the more professional, career minded and over the top customer service minded Realtor's I know, your take would be of great value.

Where you and I might not agree on all of the things that need to be done to resolve the issues so "eloquently" described above... the tiny voices in my head were doing a happy dance as my eyes absorbed your words. Just the way that I like the problem addressed... smack them in the face with it. Several lines that were more than noteworthy. Another great post.
