LOL. Actually this was written prior to our conversation but many of this posts are conjured up during a workout while listening on my iPod and hearing lyrics that provide powerful metaphors for our industry.

And it's about how who I am. As a musician, songwriter, one-time signed artist, music serves as a strong muse for me. So expect to see more blogs with variations of song titles and lyrics in the future.

Marc, I see you took the mention during our group conversation Friday night at LRES to heart in writing more blog entries with music connotations.

Good article.

All paper newspapers are in trouble these days. It only makes sense that this day would come.

I grew up reading the Ann Arbor News. As much as I support online advertising and technology, there is a part of me that is saddened by this news. I remember first appearing in the Ann Arbor News drinking from a water fountain downtown on my rollerblades on a 95 degree day. Interested how you read about it happening every else, and you look at it as a calculated occurrence, but once it hits your home town, its totally different story.

When are we going to see a $200 internet tablet. A simple touch screen flat monitor that allows you to do nothing but browse the web, read the digital morning paper, facebook, twitter, all the simple stuff. I would buy one...

Great song by the way.

I like everything about this post except the fact that it references a band with a lead singer who insisted on having a braided rat tail on his head during the height of their popularity.
