"And you haven't started a real estate brokerage firm because...?"

@Danilo - I'm already spiritually and contractually invested in working with some of the best in the nation. That's good enough for me.

Marc -

You are right on target with this post.

WAV Group is preforming satisfaction research for a variety of brokers who are engaged on your path - it is practical and moreover - commonplace in most industries.

As always, you continue to shine a spotlight (not a flood light) on core practices that will benefit agents and brokers.

As I sit here in Chamonix, Fr - having stopped into visit property shoppes after work - I wonder if real estate in America has become too complicated.

Here each property shoppe represents a select group of listings on an exclusive basis. Consumers shop for homes like they would a car - they visit each store, review the offerings and pick a home. BMW does not sell Merceedes - etc. Not that we could ever go back - but somehow the business model fits here. Even in Paris - there were property shoppes in each neighborhood area.

It reminded me of a stanza of a poem I learned in grammar school - "it could not be called ungentle, but how thoroughly departmental."

Anyone know the poet or poem?

But Marc, that's a lot of work?

Seriously - methodical, intentional and practical. Supercharged Kaizen.

This quote is a Hall of Fame and an etched in stone spur to get to it:

"Davison Realty, we are the roulette wheel of services and skills. Come, bring your money. Good Luck!"
