My reader contains about 20 US property blogs, so it is nearly impossible to miss the best advice.

Estonia has only a little over 15 years of experience in real estate business, hence we're eager to learn. One major difference between the US and us is that our brokers still don't need a license although the agents' association is trying to make it a legal requirement.

We'll see what 2009 brings.
