MLS.ca, the Canadian Real Estate Association's public web site, their analog to Realtor.com, may be a model of how a national association real estate web site should work, but it is NOT a national MLS. Interesting, though, is the fact that "MLS" is a trademarked term in Canada. CREA owns the trademark rights to it.
