Also the properties are not calculating correctly, in Utah they are showing properties on the map from over 25-50 miles away

Seth,

Site is looking good.

Comments:

Rename Advanced Search. The word advanced alludes to something this isn't. It's not advanced. It's more options. There's a big difference.

Highlight where you are located and the areas this site covers. Don't assume everyone landing on the site knows you're in Huntsville.

The illustration doesn't bother me that much actually. As long as it's original artwork created especially and solely for you, it's fine. If not, if it's Istockphoto artwork, replace it.

Merge Huntsville Info and Market together. No need to two separate links there.

In the Contact Me space - place links to your LinkedIn page and Facebook page. Use those environments to their fullest. Also, not sure that you need to publish 2 separate links that lead to the same website. Especially since users will already be on that site. Seems confusing.

MY FEATURED LISTINGS - what does featured mean? Change it to Search My Listings. The word featured alludes to something special about the listing. Being your listing is not much a feature for buyers if you get my point.

Finally, the design feels a little unfinished. Issues here are the font sizes, the boxes and layout. Could use a better overall design. It's clean but feels unfinished.

I just finished the redesign of my site and a couple of days later Windermere puts out their new one. In some ways, I wish it would have come out a couple of weeks sooner, because it game me some ideas. I think it's definitely one of the better brokerage sites.

Marc, if you have time again, take a look at my new site and tell me your first impression. I'm still missing the "Listing Alert" but I think I'll have it within the next couple of weeks. (upgrades from the MLS)

Another thing I'm debating is the illustrated home to the left of the search. Is it out of place? It reminds me of another site somewhere.

There's much more development going on with the neighborhood and market info as well. The "Top 10" list you guys made played a role in how I designed it, so we'll see if any of it sank in.

Thanks again,
Seth
