A stileto is short dagger suitable for stabbing but not cutting. It's a weapon of destruction and not a very sophisticated one. Obama in several debates referred to the use of a scalpel - which is a precision instrument used in delicately and precisely separating what you want to remove from what you wish to have remain in tact. There is no doubt there needs to be major changes in the real estate industry and how the profession is practiced relative to what consumers expect and demand. But we need to do a thorough analysis of what's working and what's not before starting to excise what is currently being done - no matter what analogous tool is chosen.</p> The title of this post is interesting and revealing.
