The business at Realtor.com is far more complex and confused than it should be. Move's business people have been having a lot of trouble making up their minds what they want on the site, and have often done it without any real analysis or user feedback or anything to base their whims upon. They're finally trying to use real product performance statistics from the new site to verify the readiness of the new site, but can't seem to get their data into any sort of believable order. So they keep making more and more changes, the poor developers are caught trying to keep up with their whims, and now they're trying to back into finishing it all up before the NAR show.

Watch them over this next couple of weeks.

My bet is that internal testing has shown that it will not show the improvement in perception and traffic that was pitched and they are holding off so that accountability does not enter the picture.

Remember, they are not innovative, they are a big company, and logic does not enter the equation. :)
