		<description>&lt;p&gt;Davison, well put and right on target with how I feel about what we are getting fed to pass on to the public.  Our sources, mortgage companies, mass media, and associations like NAR are the same as far as content.   The only difference is the local market information we have about our own little real estate world.  That is unique to each area of our country but usually not relevant to the news people are looking for unless they contact us directly.  So we are guilty of passing on what we have been fed about the national situation but on the local level, find an honest agent and you will be fed the local truth.  &lt;/p&gt;
