As a Realtor of 32+ years I&#039;m amazed when someone gives to me ultimate trust in the single largest investment of their lives-that of purhasing  real estate. &quot;What would you do Mike?&quot; or &quot;Whatever you say Mike is o.k. with us&quot;. I gulp when this happens as the enormity of the statement sinks in.  &lt;/p&gt;
