When we released our latest version of our website I submitted the idea that we poll our past clientele about what THEY would like to see in a website.  The idea was overruled, and now we are trying to re-invent our site once again.  I believe that in a perfect world (2.0 world that is) this type of communication line would be opened and LEFT OPEN continuously.  Since we are trying to appeal to the consumer, why not take the idea directly to them and see what they think?
