Karl,

Today, the Forms Advisor understands the forms rules for California. The Forms Advisor is certainly capable of learning the rules for the standard forms in other states, locales, and brokerages. REFN would be happy to discuss the process for making the Forms Advisor aware of other rules with those organizations and knowledge experts that posses the legal and practice information.

In its first three days of operation, the Forms Advisor has been used by thousands of members on thousands of transactions and has advised on the proper use of tens of thousands of forms.

Best,

Josh

Josh,

Hey thanks for joining the conversation. Not surprised by the numbers but I suspect this will increase exponentially as time goes on.

Kudo's on an award winning application. As a non-practitioner, I for one would be impressed if an agent I were interviewing possessed this capability.

Karl,

This is where the community at large can take this brush fire and spread it wild. Contact your local association. Talk to your broker. If you are the broker, get on the phone with REFN.

I'll see what I can do about getting a REFN rep to sign on here and address any questions or issues with the product.

Absolutely wonderful product. I agree, any broker would be ecstatic to have this tool. My big disappointment is that it is only available in California. In their FAQ they say nothing about making it available for any other states. I hope they do. It is good for everyone, agent, broker and customer.
