&lt;p&gt;Personally, I&#039;ve been laughing at the map mashups for a long time now.  Agents and brokers have been way too enamored of having the latest and greatest without stopping to consider whether the application (1) even works from a technical perspective;  (2) whether consumers are going to find any value in the application; and the all important (3) whether the application is going to lead to a client relationship.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I hope brokers are listening up here.  Industry shotgunners have valuable input and good vendors are sharing excellent information.&lt;/p&gt;
