I don't worry much about SEO because let's face it Andrew, it's a Realtor's website and unless our boy here is going throw big monthly bucks at optimization, he's better off, building a brand, marketing it locally, driving local traffic and wowing them with his personality. </p> <p>My POV on flash is, once I see it, I need not see it again.
