Absolutely correct!!!

Not only "Just Sold Postcards", however, also "Just Listed Postcards" as well. I noticed for some time that most agents were making these announcements without provided context with regard to today's market. Without context, agents were missing the opportunity to acknowledge and share that they too, were aware of market changes and not blind to a sluggish market. For example, our postcards include copy like: "Let me show you what it takes to sell in today's market"" along with announcing "Just Sold!" or "Sold not far from where you live" and so forth. Providing context along with the announcement provides proof to the prospect for selling under today's conditions.

Also, most just sold and just listed postcards are ugly and carry no umfff! We decided to give them visual pop and do away with the standard Word template look.

Great posting Davison!!!

It's yours for the taking. We're about pushing out the ideas in hopes of someone taking them and plugging 'em in.

Marc,
I agree. Just sold cards are pretty stale. The Welcome to the Neighborhood card is a great idea. You need to copyright, trademark & patent it asap. Keep shaking and baking.
